DO YOU KNOW WHY JUDAS ISCARIOT HAD TO KILL HIMSELF?

MONEY GAINED THROUGH CORRUPTION IS DIRTY MONEY THAT COMES FROM DESIRE AND SELFISHNESS AND LEADS TO DEATH
Judas, the son of Simon was one of the 12 disciples of Jesus of Nazareth according to the Gospels. He was loved by Jesus and even entrusted with the treasury. Jesus would send him to take care of the group whenever there was need for food. In a nutshell he was the Minister of Finance. Only one that was loved could be trusted with such sensitive duty and I believe Judas of Iscariot did his work very well.
The enemies of Jesus knew how Judas was close to Jesus. They knew also that he loved money. They promised to give him 30 pieces of silver or coins – which was a lot of money at that time so to betray Jesus. Judas took the money and forgot one thing. He was to carry out a dirty job…betraying one that was good to him and even entrusted him the accounts. As a prosecutorial procedure and evidence he had to betray his Master by a kiss…just a mere kiss and the whole history was turned upside down. Jesus knew Judas very well and knew whatever he was about to do even in advance when he told him to …do what he was to do quickly. “How many Judas are there today?”
Jesus of Nazareth was then arrested, tried by the Roman judicial authority, found not guilty of any crime but condemned by the Jews to death. Pilate, the judge had to wash his hands after handing Jesus to the Jews…
Judas realized his culpability and immediately took the money to the temple and abandoned it there after unsuccessfully trying severally to return it back to the giver. His guilt mind tortured him and the best he could do was not to forgive himself but to destroy himself by hanging. Judas realized that he took dirty money / it was money received through corruption. Such money does not bring happiness and satisfaction but death or sadness. If money received from corruption were good, Judas was supposed to be the happiest among the disciples but he decided to kill himself without spending even a coin of the dirty money. Upon his death and curse, his stomach broke open and the bowl dropped down. The rest of the disciples had to appoint Barnabas to replace Judas so to maintain the number at 12.
